Our Procedure

First step-

Our experienced crew members will protect all surfaces which are not intended to be painted. Our Prep work is a time consuming process which allows our crews to paint more efficiently while minimizing any potential painting liabilities.

Second Step-

We repair any damaged stucco, wood siding , damaged fascia or starter boards. We then begin the process of scraping peeling paint, sanding damaged surfaces to remove deteriorated paint.

Third Step-

We apply primer or stain resistant finishing to your home or office. Our professional painters will cover old paint dark and light. Obviously, darker colors require more time to and paint to cover, but they must be completely covered before we apply the finish coat of paint.

Fourth Step-

We apply the finish coat by sprayer. Our even application painting systems allow your final coat of paint to appear just like new.

Fifth step-

Clean -up. Our crews will remove all plastic from the walls, floors and structures. After all debris is removed from the home or office, we will proceed to sweep wood floors and clean any remaining dust or debris. The same process is applied to carpet, tile and furniture.
